And when we say fun it doesn’t necessary means in the water… today everybody came to the beach to hang out with friends and family after last night’s big parties.
There was a lot of people welcoming the new year the best way possible… enjoying the sun and the breeze at the beach.
I thought this surfer was going to hit this father and his son but there were lucky that the surfer knew very well how to control his board. Nobody wants to start the year with a few stitches and a broken board.
I found these friends from Managua at the beach, they were surprised by the amount of people that came today to Santana… but of course, they are part of the “day crowd” so they shouldn’t complain much, right guys? It was great seeing you, come back more often!
If you were lucky you could find a good spot to sit down and relax with a cold beer.
And thanks to Tropical Storm Nate, now there are plenty of good spots to sit on the beach without getting all sandy. These couple looks very comfortable!
The ambience was very nice and friendly at the beach, everybody doing their own thing, bringing their own food and drinks… and even a Toña Piñata!
Sorry there is not much surfing to show today, I promise this year 2018 will be a good one, with plenty of swells hitting the new sandbars here at Santana. You should start planning your next surf vacation, NSR will be glad to help you figure out when to come and where to stay!Contact usto reserve yourvacation homehere at Santana beach!
RECENT REPORTS
Hola amigos! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The tide was a bit lower by the time I got around to shooting today, so there was more action at mid-peak than the side-peaks. The wind was stronger today, but it was a little bigger today too.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops, once again we’re talking French Fries. The waves were smaller today, but the shape was arguably slightly better than yesterday. The wind was also a touch lighter.
Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for next set of days. Monday’s surf report is coming your way from Panga Drops, specifically “French Fries”. The swell was close to non-existent, but Pangas did its magic and magnified the lackluster size into something playful and shreddable.
