Somewhere in Nicaragua
After we had some good waves from yesterday today we went out for good surfing but we found onshore wind when we got there. There is still some swell in the water but we didn’t scored today, so tomorrow we are going to wake up early and will score for sure. It’s head high on sets and starting to get some storm pattern.
We are expecting to get a storm the next few days, the contest was cancel and was posponed for Jun 9th and 10th. Here is

Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.

OK, here we are on Sunday and we just got a new crew into the NSR Beach House. Left to Right we’ve got Larry, Johnny, Bobby and Lester-y. The waves are running a fun sized chest to head high. The crew hired out Roberto for the day and went home with some killer shots. Check..
The Popoyo Surf Torneo is ON! And over 250 spectators are fighting through it despite the onshore, stormy conditions. The swell is pushing in solid overhead crumblers and many of the competitors, who are not used to imperfection, are having trouble.
