Bruno was out finishing up his morning session when I rolled up to shoot the report. He weaved through this barrel for a good distance, but it ultimately swallowed him.
The water was probably around 76 Fahrenheit today, so Bruno whipped out some extra rubber haha. I don’t blame him though!
Luca faced a challenging situation on this right as he was blinded by his surf hat. Hard to fit into a tight tube when you’re flying blind.
John largely dominated today’s surf report. The wind combined with his larger frame yielded some large showers of spray.
It was pretty small out there today and there was some wind chop, so John did well to navigate these lumps in the wave face while on rail.
Sometimes you gotta straighten out if you have a crunchy lip feathering behind you.
John did a good job of staying light on his feet, while still on rail. It was softer than it looks out there, so the Wavestorm might’ve been the better weapon for today.
If you zoom in here you can get a good visual as to how your fins and surfboard’s rails work together while doing carves.
Cheater nose-rides are an excellent move to have at your disposal on these smaller days.
John was active out there today. He wouldn’t let a rip current discourage him from an otherwise good wave. The wind has been nuking recently and I expect the conditions to be identical tomorrow. Hopefully a few more shredders are out to add some variety to the report! Thanks for stopping in and have a good one.

Buenos días amigos! Beautiful morning out there at first light. Super light winds, but the waves were pretty tiny. However, was surprised to roll up and not see a single surfer out.
Well the weekend is over and the “unofficial” work-week has begun. I only say this as I worked for over 10 years where I had the weekends off. I know all of your work schedules are different, but the one constant you all have in common is you can always count on seeing how the..
Welcome homies around the globe! It’s that time for the Sunday surf report and I was able to get out there early and on it before the really crazy offshores started churning up the dee blue sea. Check out this mornings waves and the diligent few who made the paddle out earlier this morning.
