Somewhere in Nicaragua
Another small, onshore day out here in Nicaragua. We’re surfing the bay because we need the excercise. Waist high and sloppy. This is Larry.
At least it was somewhat sunny today. Roberto was out beachcombing, looking for something interesting to photograph.
Yes, boredom has set in. Not only are we making NSR Tshirts out of a stencil and a can of spraypaint – we even sprayed this kid’s bare back. Hey, he wanted it.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The swell was notably stronger than I expected. Some early season Pacific power! Middle peak was the place to be, but it was windy.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Monday’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were pretty much firing when I rocked up to take pictures, but just like yesterday the wind went side-shore as soon as I put the camera away. At least some surfers caught the magic window.
Hey amigos! Welcome to March 1st’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were really fun in the late morning and early afternoon. The wind direction was perfect, but then flipped side-shore right as I went to grab my board haha.

Head high waves and more onshores. We still got in the water at Maderas and managed to catch a few, but it was nothing to write home about. Will this ever stop?
