Somewhere in Nicaragua
Bringing you the Mexi road trip report this is Carl. Pancho and I stepped outside to these Zicatela bombs. A few looked makeable…very few. One surfer was out, he caught one inbetweener but mostly watched set waves unload on the sandbar. Pretty impressive welcome to Puerto Escondido.
We ended up surfing the point all day. Honestly how could anyone pass up six hours of this. Oh, and this was early at high tide, as the tide dropped out it got bigger, hollower and stayed clean until past 2 o’clock. Mexico has been good to the traveling NSR crew, no joke.

This is Roberto with the surf report for today. We don’t believe what is happening in Nicaragua right now, all the spot are closing out. It is like this swell direction is not good for us, anyway we made it out to the beach and this is what we found. Solid over head, closing out and offshore wind.
Zamir was trying to get fun on a close out waves, surfing by himself at Maderas.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Panga Drops. The swell came up some today, but the wind was vicious and ripping all day until sunset. Kai found some of the better waves this evening.
