Somewhere in Nicaragua
So, here we are in Puerto Escondido and man, it’s a heavy wave. We’ve got a 6′, 16sec swell right now and there are some triple overhead sets coming in on the beach break – and most of them are closing out. Today we opted for the point. This is Hot Carl working on the frontside.
It seems Hot Carl has taken to following the models around town. At least he brings the camera with him. This one kind of makes you want an ice cream cone…doesn’t it?
Hi, this is Roberto with the surf report for today. It’s overhead on sets and the wind is strong offshore. We head out at north and found some fun waves. Check it out.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.
