Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hey everybody, before we get to the surf report today we want to share what we think may be the best surf-property investment opportunity we have come across in a long time. Welcome to the surf report for today, It’s over head on sets out here, the water is cold and the wind is offshore. We are still waiting for the big swell, It’s fun but not consistent.
There were a couple of good wipe outs today, here is the proof.
This is Carlos Caliente with a nice spray. This is a nice perpestive to take some shots, It’s a pity because is raining a little bit and the waves are not that we were waiting for.

Hey amigos! Josh here for the next few days. Welcome to April 1st’s surf report from Colorados. The surf was on its dying breaths today, but there were still a few good sets and pulses sprinkled throughout the day. The mid-day window had insane sun, so there were very few surfers out.

Really fun waves this morning. Overhead sets and offshore winds, until about noon when they REALLY started blowing. We got in one good session though.
