This is “Lucha Libre” with the surf report for today, it’s even smaller tham yesterday but there are still some rideable waves. It’s waist to chest high on sets and the wind is offshore this morning out here at Maderas.
Jairo “Come Pan” Garcia was out with the camera today. Here is Manuel “La Bellota” Cascante going off the top on a small one.
Augusto “La Gaviota” Chamorro keeps practicing for the next contest. Hey buddy, are you ready for the huge swell we are waiting for?
Here is Brandon “El Incepto” Woon cutting in front of the rocks. This kid is only 15 years old and he surf pretty good.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The swell was notably stronger than I expected. Some early season Pacific power! Middle peak was the place to be, but it was windy.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Monday’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were pretty much firing when I rocked up to take pictures, but just like yesterday the wind went side-shore as soon as I put the camera away. At least some surfers caught the magic window.
Hey amigos! Welcome to March 1st’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were really fun in the late morning and early afternoon. The wind direction was perfect, but then flipped side-shore right as I went to grab my board haha.

The boys at Arena Caliente went out with the water camera today and grabbed some nice ones. This is a Roque sequence. How big does it look in this shot?
Another day, another new spot…and more offshores! Yeah. We’re not telling where this one is either (sorry, we have to keep a few spots to ourselves) Let’s just say it was overhead and super fun (and hard to get to)!
