Somewhere in Nicaragua
We’ve got Roberto “Lucha Libre” Garcia with the saturday surf report. The swell dropped down a lot but we still have some fun sets coming through. It’s running about chest to head high on sets, the wind is offshore and the water is chilly. Check it out.
After the huge swell we had the last couple of days it looks like many people took the day off. Here is Renato “Slatter” Kelly taking one of the best right in the morning.
After the sick hangover from Jairo’s birthday we got back to town to surf some fun waves at Maderas. By the way, Jairo is still feeling it. Here he is working on an art woman on the beach. Is everything alright with you buddy?
Jairo’s little brother was able to paddle out today and was catching some long waves. Here he is doing his thing on a small but sweet right. Keep working my friend!!!
There were a couple of lonboarder out there today. Here comes an unknown rider trying to make some maneuvers on that wave.
Alright folks, that’s all for today. The swell is still dropping down but it looks like we have another good swell coming next week. That’s so sick, isn’t it?

Hi and welcome back to the surf report, I’ve been out for a while but I’m here again. It’s small but It’s still rideable out here at Maderas today, It’s waist to chest high on sets and the wind is offshore.
More of the same out here at Maderas today. It’s about chest to head high on sets, the wind is offshore and the water is chilly (a top is a must, a shorty is comfortable). Cold water is definitely good crowd control down here in the tropics.
Bad winds today. We’ve got overhead swell, but side shore winds today. We camped out at the beach and found this mother turtle laying her eggs in the morning. She was about 50 yards from our tent.
