Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hi folks, welcome to the Saturday surf report. The waves are still pretty small so it is a perfect day to learn how to surf with the best surf instructor in town. Oliver “El Monito” Solis was ready to make the surf look easy for these guys and there were doing it pretty well for beginners. It was running about waist to chest high on sets, with off shore wind. Check out how this guy did today. Our students for today are Ryan Bvcci and Franceska C from New York.
On the first surfing shot of the day we have Franceska C lining up on a nice fun wave. This beautiful girl was doing the best and she learned very fast.
A couple of local surfers made it out today on the big panga and were having so much fun out there. Here was caught “Corage” styling on the big board.

Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days! Here is Wednesday morning’s action from Colorados. The surf gradually filled in through the day, but the sets were inconsistent and randomly sprinkled throughout the day.

We fianally have offshore wind today, it’s running about chest to shoulder high on sets and all the locals were out having fun in the water. Check out the line up.
By now we are in full cruising mode, crushing the 10 hour drives like trips to the corner. We made it from the mountains of Guatemala to the coast of Salvador and check out what we found – Local Salvadoreans flying the NSR Colors. Good stuff guys!
