Here we have a shot of our good friend Codo who has managed to take the day off of work to catch a couple of waves all by himself over at Machete Pt. Codo’s got soul but he’s not a soilder. Even with the bad conditions he caught a few good ones.
For next shot we have the super “Gaviota” with a nice floater on a choppy right. Born to ride on the inside at high tide.
Man, it’s looking more and more like October already. The tropical systems are really taking control of our weather pattern right now and we already had our first tragedy in the bay today. This is the Pelican Eyes sailboat which got loose of it’s mooring and got washed ashore. It doesn’t look too bad so hopefully there isn’t much damage. As we learned with the Dirty Sanchez in years past, you really have to watch over your boat when the weather turns like this.
For the last shot we have Sr Rex “La Bestia” Calderon making another spectacular front side air. The forecast looks to be the same for tomorrow, so we going to do something interesting. This is the 40 year old intern, checking out with my Nica-English in full effect. Maybe I’ll go bake a cake.
RECENT REPORTS
Hey everyone! Welcome to Sunday evening’s surf report from Panga Drops / French Fries. It was very clean, but smaller than yesterday which caught me off-guard. There were still some pretty waves for the handful of surfers that were out.
