Today we want to give a special shout out to Ana from Holland. There is not a better way to celebrate a birthday than stay close to the beach and wake up early to catch some super fun waves first thing in the morning. She’s absolutely happy now on her birthday because she got the best gift that a girl can have. Only “La Bestia” knows what we are talking about. All we can say is that she ate some little chicken last night. Happy birthday Ana!!!
The lineup was a little bit busy this morning but everybody was pretty mellow out there. Here we have a shot of this unknown pale rider taking off on one of the better lefts of the day.
A few locals made it out to the beach as well and were trying to do some maneuvers on every single wave that came through. This is our very good friend “La Gaviota” Chamorro open up his wings on this right.
Norwin “El Chulin” Estrella was able to paddle out and was catching a lot of good waves with nice form. Here we have a sweet shot of him with a powerful turn.
There were some killer rights to be had. This guy on this photo was in the right spot to score some really good ones. Here he is bottom turning one of the many sick waves he rode all the way in to the beach.
Alright folks, that’s all for today. Hopefully the waves are going to be a little bit bigger tomorrow because we are expecting to have a push in the swell.Have a good one!!!
RECENT REPORTS
Merry Christmas everyone! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. This evening’s surf report is coming your way from Panga Drops. Today definitely had its moments, but the windows were difficult to hit.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Back in town, today we headed out to Maderas this morning. It’s chest to head high on sets and the wind was offshore. Today tons of people made it out making it thought to paddle out. Check it out.
