This time of the year we are so lucky to have such good waves, because normally they aren’t coming through this well. Here we have Byron “El Abuelo” Lopes who was excited to be in the water catching a bunch of really good waves. Here he is with the first surf shot taking off on this nice looking right.
We also got some sick shots of Dario “El Condor” doing a bottom turn on one of many firing lefts of the day. Every chance he gets, he is out in the water enjoying one of the many perks of living in Nicaragua, great waves. Sick Buddy!!!!
Also we caught Drew “El Capitan Café” in the water who was ripping it up all over the place and enjoying the beautiful day down here in Nicaragua with his best friend “El Codo”. Here he is making a nice back side fan of water for the camera.
And of course we have our own “Pancho Sanchez” who was also participating in the surf action for the day. We caught him doing a sick front side floater on this nice left!!! It is so awesome to have him back in town and in the water!!!
Here we got another sick shot of Pancho Sanchez, performing a spectacular vertical backside move. Like we said before, he is really enjoying being back in Nicaragua and taking advantage of the terrific waves. We are really happy to have “Pancho Sanchez” in town again!!!
For the last surf shot of the day, we got this unknown rider taking off on one of the best waves of the day. He was in the perfect position to get the full potential of this sick wave.
We want to leave you with this sick empty waves rolling in all the way to beach with no one on it. That is a shame this wave was barreling by itself today. The waves will be really fun tomorrow. Please make be sure to check back with us. Have a good one!!!!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey everyone! Welcome to Sunday evening’s surf report from French Fries. It was smaller today than yesterday, but very clean. The shape and walls were good on the sets.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Welcome to NSR surf report from out here at Maderas. We still have some good and fun waves coming through. It’s running about chest to shoulder high on sets, the wind is offshore and the water is still pretty cold. Check it out.
