Somewhere in Nicaragua
Well, we were expecting the beginning of a new swell, but what we found was far from it. Although we did have offshore wind! We went out there anyways and had a good time. It was about waist to chest high and the water felt delightful.
We had some religious fanatics out in the water doing their thing this morning. Everyone seemed to be praisinā Jesus!āCan I get a witness!?ā
This guy gets the award for most passion and soul. With the lean back cutback! This move is super hard to complete without falling, this guy found that out the hard way!
Here is an epic shot of a guy with the double hand praise barrel ride! This was a pretty rare sight to see, not that many waves were barreling.
Pancho wasnāt really feelinā the praise hand flail thing, but he could do a solid backside cutback! I saw one of the church people cryā¦
Hereās an artsy shot Mateo took trying to emulate Jeremiahās skill. He never really gets it right, good try though. Tomorrow should be fun and the swell should be building! We are gonna be drinking sweet tea and catching some sweet waves!
