Some of the grommets were ripping! I sat there mystified at these kids killing it in waist high weak surf. I guess it is easy when you weigh south of 100 pds. Here is Larry with a legit turn.
The bay has all of this great scenery, which can be awesome for photos. (if you know waht your doing) Miguel was killing it today. Check out this shot of me about to fall off, with the welcome from San Juan in the background
Pancho was out there just killing it. He has some sick floaters in his bag of tricks. I eventually got into the groove but I can’t get those floaters down! ugh!
This is Sean, he was here last year and kills it. If you have a good memory you might remember him charging la Bestia with us. He charges small waves too, check out this smooth 360, straight thug style.
Eventually we had the peak to ourselves and I got the hang of it. I’m always more apt to the classic style. I was still having fun though. haha
Our buddy D-lite was hanging out on the beach at Pau Hana laughing at us trying to catch the weak waves. Hey buddy! make sure to grab a board and come out next time.
For the last shot of the day we have Pancho on an ultra critical section (haha) killing the backside floater and pulling it off no problem. Crazy! on a Softops man! what? The waves should get too epic tomorrow but we will keep it interesting. I bought a bottle of Caballito suave(horrible rum) and we are gonna crack it tomorrow for sure! haha Chewy out!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. This lady either ended up a bit later than anticipated or misunderstood what it means to get barreled haha! I’ve got to give her credit for looking at this wave though. You don’t know if you don’t go (or at least look at going).
FROM THE ARCHIVES
“Guineo” was insanely stoked about the waves today! He saw Jairo with the water cam so he threw him a Jax Beach peace sign! Bringin’ it back! Nice job “Guineo”!
Hey everyone this is Robert “Lucha Libre” ,Jairo “Come Pan” Panic, and Mateo “Pledge” with the dirty Friday report. We just endured tropical storm Alma and she gave San Juan del Sur a beating. The river broke through the bay and brought a ton of debris into the lineup. Now the storm has passed and once..
