When we arrived to the beach this morning nobody was in the water. This is Pancho Sanchez with one of the favorite boards the “super pickle “, he was ripping all over the place. It doesn’t matter how sloppy the conditions are, the “super pickle” goes in anything.

When the wind is onshore and the waves are head high, SJDS is one of the best places to go. Where else can you catch a wave and then come in and listen to some music and have a beer on the beach. It’s not a performance wave, but if you dial back your expectations, it’s definitely fun.

Here’s a shot of an unknown pale rider, cruising along in the SJDS Bay. Quasimoto dude!

Check it out, we just got in a new shipment of brand new Firewire Surfboards for our rental fleet. These are the new 2010 models and they feel even sweeter than they look. If you care about what you ride, rent your surfboard from NSR. We’ve got the best quiver in Nicaragua!
