Immediately we saw a set, all the guys paddled out to ride a couple good ones but Codo had to make his ritual to be lucky in the water. That’s what he thinks!
It seems that the ritual worked out pretty well. Here is Codo working on his backside style on this sweet looking left.
We don’t know this guy either but he caught some really good ones. Actually we have a killer sequence of this barrel, too many photos to post. Here is one of the better shots of the sequence.
We left and headed out to another spot, hopping to score more fun waves. Here is Oliver snapping this wave right in the pocket.
Juan “La Mosca” De la Perra made the trip with us and was doing the best to get a nice shot to post on the report. Here he is going big with a cool frontside air.
We packed up our stuff and move to another spot and this is what we found. Do you think it was firing?
Pedro “El Cacaste” Flores going high to get more speed on this left. This kid was more than excited to take a ride with us because he doesn’t get to surf these spots very often.
The sequence of the day goes to La Bestia Calderon with an amazing maneuver. Shot 1, getting ready to attack the lip!
Shot 3, there is no more to say than whoooooooo!!!
Shot 5, is he going to pull it?
