Today I got hired by a nice crew from New Harnpshire and I had a great day with them. This is their first trip down here and they all loved it. Mark going big with a late take off on this nice sized set.
Mark took a huge SUP out and he rode it like a longboard. Check him out looking down the line of a nice right hander.
Meanwhile the big guys were having fun on the big boards, Doug was doing his thing on his shortboard. Here he is caught about to go over the top on this little nugget.
Big boy Patrick had one of his longest ride ever out there this morning. This is only one of the many cool shots he got out of this wave.
The last part of the crew, Bret so stoked to score some of the better waves of the day. See ya all tomorrow boys!
There were a few other boys down the beach taking some nice ones as well. Check out this one going big, gettin’ into a nice section.
The local kids were ripping all over, as always. Carlos working on his backside with a little floater.
This kid was going even higher than Carlitos. Blasting fins out with a sweet frontside air maneuver.
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Friday’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was very big as forecasted, but it didn’t really hit the sandbars appropriately. Still some big drops and adrenaline rushes.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Thursday evening’s surf report from Colorados. It was a bit of a “stand-up contest” this evening, but the power should return tomorrow. Still surfable, but we are suffering from the recency bias haha.
Hey amigos! Josh here for the next few days. Welcome to April 1st’s surf report from Colorados. The surf was on its dying breaths today, but there were still a few good sets and pulses sprinkled throughout the day. The mid-day window had insane sun, so there were very few surfers out.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Hi folks, we’ve got Lucha Libre Garcia with the Sunday surf report. There was some swell in the water today, the winds were light onshore and the beach was pretty busy but the lineup was super light. Check it out!!!
