Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hola everybody! We are the NSR family bringing you some of the action from down on the beach this Thursday morning. Juan Busto took the camera out there to see what he could see. Head high sets with offshore winds, the water is finally warm again and crystal clear too! Great day to get in the water if you are around!!
Myles McGuinnes is orginally from the state of Florida! Now living in Cali and taking some time to come down and get some Nicaraguan tubes!
A couple of shots down the way and he’s in the house now!
Pete brought the Kerson family back home for a quick session in the late morning. He and the kids just can’t get enough of those beachbreak barrels!
The waves are always overhead on little Steffi, even when she’s not on the boogie! She’s surfing in the contest tomorrow down in San Juan del Sur and is even going up against the boys! Buenas suerte chica!
Oscar and another local kid surfed by themselves for almost two hours when we first showed up to the beach. Oscar was loving it, catching every wave that came his way!!
The swell was for sure bigger than yesterday and is expected to be on the rise the next few days!! Keep an eye on us here at NSR because we will be chasing the waves all weekend long!! Until then you all keep it real out there! Peace!

Hey everyone! Welcome to Saturday evening’s surf report from Playa Colorado. The waves were so-so again today. Rippable, but not many tubes to be had. Here was one of the few set waves that opened up. The spectators know what’s up.

What’s up folks? We are the NSR family bringing you the action for the Monday surf report from somewhere down south. The waves were kinda fun this morning but it was also raining a lillte bit, making the light a little weird for photos. Anyway, it was head high on sets with nice offshore winds..
First off, DLite would like to apologize to everybody today. The waves were actually going off – a little overhead on sets and piping. Trust me, it was really fun. We actually had some killer shots at one point but it seems somebody (DLite) fat-fingered the erase button while he was checking out his barrel..
