Somewhere in Nicaragua
NSR and Lucha Libre Garcia bringing you the best of action for today’s surf report. Swell dropped a tad but we are not complaining because we had a sick barrel fest all day long at this spot, if you happened to be gettin’ some shacks let us know because we might have some sick shots of you. The waves were running about head high to over head on the bigger sets, winds were nice offshore and the water was nice. Check it!
Did we say barrel fest? Nicaragua perfection!!!
Lefts and rights were going off today, as you can see. Mr Zacatacas getting into a sick barrel right before he broke one of his boards!
Our good friend Mike made it down this way and he scored. Hand draggin’ and getting into the barrel section.
The waves were so open, that two guys can fit in the same barrel. Local surfers, Lester and Carlos getting slotted!
El Codo Lopez was so stoked to be here today. He got a couple of nice waves on his backside. Check him out charging on this one!
Codo wasn’t the only one that was happy today. How about this boy making its own show!

It wasn’t all about barrels today, there were some sick wipeouts to enjoy. The real sense of a faceplant!

Kyle was putting himself into some amazing jewels. It was even fun to see the action from the beach!
This guy wasn’t worried about getting barreled, he was shredding up all over the place. Check him out going vertical on this section.
Cody got a few sick ones and here is one to prove it. We got a sweet sequence of this one pal!
Mateo El Generoso was one of th first guys out today. He actually caught many good ones as well. Here he is deep in the flats, about to pull into the upcoming section.
Jeff made it down this way and he pulled into some gems. Way to go George!

Hey amigos! Welcome to Monday’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were pretty much firing when I rocked up to take pictures, but just like yesterday the wind went side-shore as soon as I put the camera away. At least some surfers caught the magic window.

The swell dropped a little bit more, the waves were kinda small but super fun and nice form. Waist to shoulder high sets were rolling in, the winds were good in the morning but then started switching like yesterday. Check it out!!!
