The waves may not have been very big in height but they made up for it with wide, open gapers like this! I think you could fit a cow in there!
Kike, came down with the “Two Brothers” crew for some early morning action. Here’s Kike floating off the top of this wave, hopefully he doesn’t break his board on the landing.
One of the two brothers, throwing a big spray and still keeping his feet on the board with a sick layback.
A couple peaks were wedging up really nice with the tide filling in. Mike D., digging the rail and getting ready to pull into a little green nugget.
Some sweet lefts coming in up the beach with a handful of surfers picking them off one by one. Luke made the journey over on his day off and scored with a perfect peeling left.
A couple ladies came down to the beach as well but ended up walking to another spot. I guess the guys were hogging all the waves here.
Gotta be on your toes when you have peaks sneaking up on ya like this. Don’t fall buddy, everyone’s watching!
The younger brother of the “Two”, stalling into a blinding right-hander. Almost need a pair of shades surfing the rights.
Well, that’s it for today people. If you didn’t get in the water yet, then what are you waiting for? Hasta manana amigos!
Hola amigos, Lucha Libre here with a quick post from Playa Maderas. The surf was pretty fun running about chest to head high on the bigger sets, winds were a little too strong and the water was a bit chilly. Check out the lineup!
Alessandra with a solid drop on a nice little nugget. Great to meeting you boys!
La Baloy Chamorro owned the lineup all day long. Here he is pulling into one of the bigger sets of the day.
