Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hola amigos, this is Lucha Libre Garcia with a quick update for our Friday surf report. The waves were not as great as we were expecting but there were still a few decent ones rolling in. Chest to shoulder high sets, nice offshore winds in the morning, sweet water temperature but the bad news are LOTS OF JELLY in the lineup. Check it out!
Today I got hired by a nice crew from the States. They all had a good time out there. This is Bruce dropping into a nice looking right hander.

Last shot of the crew goes to Greg trying to get some speed to make it down the line. The water was so nice but the jelly fish was all over.
Nothing better than a nice jump in the pool, so refreshing. I’ll see ya guys tomorrow. God willing!
There were a few other guys out, taking some nice rides. Jeff charging on his big panga.
Jeff’s best friend was doing his thing on his knee board. Picking up one of the better waves of the day.
Borrador just made it down a few days ago, and today he drove with me to get some surf. Gettin’ locked on a nice little nugget!

Hey amigos! I’ve got another flashback surf report for this Saturday (ongoing technical difficulties). Today in 2025 the waves weren’t so bad. It was really windy, but the direction was straight offshore. It wasn’t so different from this pic from 2024 that you see here.
