We had a right barrels fest out there today. The rights were totally dominating the lineup. Mel Melon Melocoton taking the best of this one.
Mr JJ Kerson just got here last night and today he was out first thing in the morning. Just getting pitted!
There were some nice sizy sets rollin’ in every once in awhile. Unknown fella hoping to pull into this jewel!
Sweet little bowls were taken by this rider. Just setting up and looking for the best spot to get shacked!
Regular and goofy footers were having a blast out there. Sam Einstein working on his pig dog ride. Pump the breaks buddy!
There were some nice lefts down the beach and this guy was all over them. Going big with a cool little air maneuver.
Some gnarly ones came through and nobody wanted to take on them. Just check out that guy backing off on this one.
James Joseph Yema made it over our way and he got the sequence of the day. Shot 1, Just holding the rail and waiting!
Shot 2, about to get tubed!
Shot 4, finding a sick section!
Shot 6, still going!
Shot 8, come on. Are you kidding me?
Shot 10, gone!
That was nice amigo. It was nice to see you out there today.
Couple of peaks to share out there. It was nice to see the respect in the water.
The right down the river mouth was also giving us some love. Just going for it!
There were lots of closed out waves but there were also lots of makeable ones. Just practice your skills!
Quick little sequence of this guy from the shot before. Now totally pitted!
This guy made it out of this one, no matter how. Even if it’s on his belley!
It wasn’t all about barrels out there. A few rippers were doing their thing. Getting a little arty, too bad the sun never came out!
No quite there but almost there. It’s a huge different, even if it’s only a couple inches.
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. This lady either ended up a bit later than anticipated or misunderstood what it means to get barreled haha! I’ve got to give her credit for looking at this wave though. You don’t know if you don’t go (or at least look at going).
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Panchito, Quesitos, Chicken Pollitos and I hit the road super early this morning, hunting for some waves. It was running about chest to shoulder high on the bigger sets, the winds were nice offshore and the water was nice. Check it!
What’s up folks? Lucha Libre is here bringing you some of the action we had on the beach this morning. The waves were fun this morning and we took the crew from Peru to get some shacks out. It was head high to over head on the bigger sets and the wind was offshore all..
Hey Everyone, it’s Kate and I have good news to report from the beachfront! This morning there was no wind and the waves were about chest to head high. The wind came on shore mid day, but clean sets continued to roll through. You can’t always count on the wind but Nicaragua’s waves will never..
