Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hello everybody and welcome to the Humpday surf report at NSR! This is Parker showing you today’s high tide shots. Check out the fun waves!
Right now, we are in between swells. We had a killer south swell and something new will be filling in this weekend! Because today was small, the crowds were light.
On Monday, the NSR Beach House crew, Armando, and I took a boat trip north. Those guys, Jeff included, loved the rippable waves. Their legs are rested and their techique is great so they were back ripping this morning!
Jason is also part of the crew. Even on our smaller days, our guests are still stoked to surf warm water with light crowds.
Dirk is part of Mike’s group in Casa Cantamar. Those guys have been shredding together since high school (so only 10 years ago). Dirk rode this wave all the way to Pili’s Kitchen for a delicious breakfast burrito!
At the northern peak, the waves were peaky and provided long faces. Keep your fingers crossed for good swell and wind patterns this upcoming weekend!!!
This unknown surfer got the one tubito of the day. Last night, the winds flipped onshore for a couple hours. Thankfully, this morning was glassy but it could have used an hour of offshore to groom it.

This morning was gloomy because it rained for the first time in six months last night!!! Mother Nature finally sent an early season downpour and everybody in Nicaragua is hoping for more rain!
Checking in at the forrests, the monkeys were howling and happy for the rain. Right now, residents (Chanelle Kelly and Megan Lacki) are teaming up with some locals (Juan Augustin and Jorge) to assist our monkeys. Help conserve our wildlife by keeping beachies clean and not touching the local plant life!!! We prefer monkey alarm clocks, not an annoying iPhone beep…
This monkey and I have one thing on our mind: LUNCH!!! Thank you guys for checking out today’s shots. Stay tuned for some surf this weekend. Hasta en la manana mis amigos!

Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. This lady either ended up a bit later than anticipated or misunderstood what it means to get barreled haha! I’ve got to give her credit for looking at this wave though. You don’t know if you don’t go (or at least look at going).
Hey amigos! Josh here behind the lens for the foreseeable future. Today’s report is coming from Panga Drops. The waves were pretty small again today, but just big enough for a few people to rip.

Hello my people. The surf condition was good in the morning. The wind drop to four knots per hours from six to nine AM, so the water is warm and the waves are good, the sets have waves overhead and perfect. Check it out.
Yewwww, another day of great surfing down here in Nicaragua. Yes friends, we woke up early and this is what we found right out front. Overhead waves on the bigger sets, nice offshore winds, killer water temperature and almost empty lineup. Check it out!!!
