February is known for having the strongest offshore winds, but since yesterday morning we´ve been having onshore, which is totally weird… and see people still don´t believe that climate change is happening…

What to do with onshore winds? practice your air moves! According to surfers that do crazy maneuvers in the air (not me!), onshore winds helps you keep the board under your feet when you launch in the air, if you don´t believe you can ask this guy who was trying it on almost every wave. He landed a few.

The waves were messy but the good thing is there were not that many people in the water.

Did I mention that soon we will be managing and renting some houses at Rancho Santana? One of them is the house on the top left corner of this picture… it is a 3 bedroom house overlooking Santana beach, you can wake up and check the surf from your bedroom! How cool is that!?

I was´t the only one taking photos today on the beach. There was some sort of photoshoot of this girl, a model maybe? She looked kinda hot from the distance.

This morning I was walking around my house and saw this beauty. It´s pretty cool to see one but not so cool when you have kids playing everyday exactly where I found it. Does anybody knows what kind of snake it is?

Here is the guy again, pulling a 360 on this little wave.

That´s it for today guys. Hopefully tomorrow we´ll have better conditions for everyone to enjoy. See ya!!
RECENT REPORTS

Happy Sunday everyone! Surf reports from 2025 are back! Today’s report is coming from Spot X. It looks like it is coming to life.

Hey amigos! I’ve got another flashback surf report for this Saturday (ongoing technical difficulties). Today in 2025 the waves weren’t so bad. It was really windy, but the direction was straight offshore. It wasn’t so different from this pic from 2024 that you see here.

Hi everyone! Welcome to February 21st’s historical surf report review! Due to technical issues, today’s report will revisit conditions from the past 7 years, instead of showing you today’s conditions. Today was fairly windy, and the water was slightly cooler. But when compared to the photos you’ll see, you’ll note just how windy it was..
FROM THE ARCHIVES

Welcome everybody to the surf report of NSR. We visit a beach a little north to see if the swell was working good and check what we found. The beach was a little protected for the wind and two peaks were working good.
