PLAYA SANTANA
I guess I arrived at the right time because there were so many good waves coming in, and of course, plenty of people in the water ready to take them. Here is Chris getting some deep footage with his GoPro in the mouth. Where can we see it Chris??
Santana is known for being a fast wave. The amount of speed you get on these waves is incredible! and even more incredible is the spray you create when hitting the lip at the right time. Junior Martínez demonstrating it here.
As always, Mario shows up at the right time… as soon as all the local groms decided to leave the beach he appears and takes over the show.
This guy was putting a show too, he was doing some really nice turns on the lip up and down the beach.
Guess who´s inside there… yes, it´s Mario deep in another right barrel.
This little dude agreed with me… “dad, did you see Junior on that barrel!?”
Or maybe he was pointing at the horses touring on the beach, who knows… I´m gonna stay with the barrel version.
If anybody recognize this guy, tell him that I have really good photos of him! Hello my friends. Definitely there is a swell hitting our beaches. The offshore wind is strong and the water is cold again. The biggest wave in this break made its appearance once again. Just some of the tough locals surfer were in the line up. Check it out.

Hello everybody, this is the Sunday report with Armando Lopez. Early morning the condition were excellent, the water is clear, warm and the offshore wind is perfect for barrels. A couple sets were more then overhead. check and think about it.
