Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hello amigos! Hope everyone is doing as good as we are here on the warm, sunny, Nicaraguan coastline! Welcome to the surf report for this second Tuesday in March! I was at the beach early and found some great waves with a slight crowd out enjoying the morning!
Today was the day of the barrel for sure! Hardly any turns happening as the main option was to get up and hunt down the tube!
The house has a lovely inner courtyard with a perfect sized pool! Casa Marisombra sleeps up to 10 people! Perfect amount for some volleyball in the piscina! Check it out in depth by clicking on the vacation rentals tab!

These guys shared one of the better rights of the mañana!
Then again, maybe that’s just karma for burning the other guy any way!
Wipeouts were dangerous, these waves were breaking shallow on the sandbar with some good power behind them! Safest place to be is inside of those things!
Some of the waves were slowed down enough to allow for a easy setup into the barrel!
It’s hard to say which waves were better, the lefts or the rights. The rights were more consistent I’d say. Here’s another little insider as open as can be!
It was a great session this morning! Hope everyone around the area scored some good waves today! We sure did! Come join us if you’ve been drooling over the photos from somewhere far away! We will be waiting amigos! Until then, take it easy everybody! This is Eric and I am out for today!

Hello and welcome to another week of the surf report. We wake up with nice waves rolling in front of the NSR beach house. Lefts and rights were working for two hours during the tide going down. Check it out.
Hey party people!!! Good afternoon and welcome back. Today Armando and I woke up early to see what mother nature had in store for us in the wave department. We were stoked when we walked up and saw this set coming through. It was running waist to head high with light winds and great form.
Lets go get shacked, that was the move of the day. Yes friends, the waves were super fun, running in the head high range on the bigger sets, winds were kinda strong but still offshore and the water was great. Check it out!!!
