Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hey everyone Happy TGIF and welcome back to another fun beach day in Southern Nicaragua.
I got down to the beach today to see lots of stuff going… for instance, my vecino (neighbor) Grant was back in town, out there getting his surf on!
What was super cool to see was the beach clean up that was happening.
Everyone in the community coming together to help keep the beaches clean here.
Check out at all that basura!! But even more impressive, check out them guns! Megan you rock!!
Scott jumping in to help out today. They actually had 2 rounds of beach clean up today, one in the AM and one this later afternoon.
And this is the awesome chica who not only puts these kinds of things together, but does countless other things here for the community as well.
There was indeed some fun surfing going down as well.
Although it was still onshore, it looked super fun out there.
The local gremmies were out there frothing, getting ready for their big contest that they’re going to go represent our local beach at tomorrow in San Juan Del Sur.

Like clock work, more surfers were coming out to shred til the sun goes down!
See… it’s the 4 o’clock surf-rush hour for us this time of day.
I’m always stoked when I see these two bros strolling to the water. Luckily I got a two for one Springfield special today!

This guy heard how much it costs just to run A/C here, so he opted for the traditional Nica-Man-Fan.
The water is actually really nice right now. Nice and refreshingly cool, which helps since it’s been so muggy and humid with these onshore’s.
Practice, practice, practice amigos! Keep stepping up that level here.
Definitely my favorite time of day, due to the magic hour of light. This guys looking right into that typical, magical, sunset that pops through the clouds right about… now!

Earlier I mentioned seeing lots of stuff going on. Well this wasn’t exactly what I thought I’d see..? Who says slow season is here, must be delayed? The people were definitely out and about and enjoying the beach-life/sunset here.
Huge Mahalo’s again to everyone who helped run around and clean literally a good couple miles of our beaches here today. There was also an AM team who helped out as well. I wish I had some photos of your crew as well. But Good job on all the hard work today, everybody. Time to get some rest and see what we have in store for tomorrow. Buenas Noches ~!

Hey everyone! Welcome to Saturday’s surf report from Playa Colorado. There was a window early today and right at sunset. At mid-day when I took pictures the wind kicked up making for better turn sections than tubes. Still a few if you knew where to look.

Hello everybody. There are some clouds making nice offshore wind. The color of the water keep amazing( Turquoise ). Some good waves were rolling in the North side of the beach. Check it out.
Hola shredders this is Theo with your daily surf report on this beautiful Monday morning. The water was looking extra buttery this morning with some nice clean, light blue, chest to head high plus tubes coming in. It’s tough being behind a camera when the waves are looking like this. Check it out!
