Hola weekend warriors! Today we had some barrielicious, super fun waves out front. Don’t believe me… click that read more button and I’ll show you!
With a new swell quickly approaching, we’ll expect to see things light up hopefully by end of day today and wake to some really nice clean well overhead surf.
In the meantime for today, everyone was preparing for the barrel fest the next couple days, with nugs like this.
There were still some smaller rippable waves.
but that doens’t mean they weren’t safe from the local talent that was out there shredding them to pieces.
My good friend Josh is always looking to get his dream barrel photo. I think it might be your day the next couple of days hermano!

Surfing hurts sometimes, but usually, it’s just the ego.
Its ok, because you can always get back on your feet and paddle into one of these and the ego is all better in no time! Isn’t surfing just GREAT!?
Based on how many empty waves I see with a really nice swell bout to hit… I THINK YES!!! VERY MUCH YES!!!

I just got some pretty reliable word about some really good news about the travel situation here, but I will wait to confirm it. Get ready to make a last minute trip if so..!!! We’ve got some really good swell coming by the looks of the forecast!!
