Only three guys were out, but I have to give them credit for even paddling out.
Not a lot of swell mixed up with this storm system that’s made it onshore this guy had the right idea to at least take a longboard out so he could catch something.
In-between the rains, some people still found some time to go play at the playa and hang with the family.
This guy found an even better way to pass the time while the surf is not so great. Keeping in shape, until these conditions clean up.
Here’s the third person out, and believe it or not, he was catching quite a few waves out there; and was even on a shortboard.
The water is still amazingly nice temperature wise, so it must have felt good to get in the water and cool off a little from this humid muggy weather.
Party waves are the best when you’re typing to make due with what little makable surf you have out there.
This kid was ripping the heck out of these little windblown mush-burgers.
With turns like this.
and this.
Nice wrap amigo!
Oddly the water was still super clear looking. Nice and blue, despite how messy the wind is making our shores right now.
Finding any corners out there looked to be like such a challenge. But this grom was finding anything remotely surfable.
Long board dude taking one all the way to the inside. How’s that wave out the back look tho???
One last sick turn for good measure!
Looks like tomorrow we have more rain in the forecast, but this storm should pass hopefully in time for the weekend and things should start clearing up. Until then, this is a great time to go explore other parts of Nicaragua. Hit us up anytime or take a look hereDO SOMETHING FUNto see how we can point you in the right direction to some sight seeing adventures while the surf is down. Chao for now ~

Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for next set of days. Monday’s surf report is coming your way from Panga Drops, specifically “French Fries”. The swell was close to non-existent, but Pangas did its magic and magnified the lackluster size into something playful and shreddable.
