Somewhere in Nicaragua
Happy Saturday friends! We had some pretty nice waves and conditions coming in today. The weather has turned around for the better and we have some good swell hitting our shores.
It was definitely a good day to be here at the beach on this fine Saturday.
Carlos de Colorados, glad to be back in the saddle.
We have some new arrivals coming in this weekend. We’ll just say its gonna be a good, competitive, diverse few groups of people.
This is a good example of the diverse, seasonal, preoccupation of unpredictable weather we like to call our wet season. Moody for short.
This is a good example of a nicely executed roundhouse turn.
So as I mentioned earlier, we have some new peeps heading in to the area this week. This looks exactly like what we need for the occasion too. Perfect lefts and rights for the annual 2018 Oakley Surf Shop Challenge.
If this is happens for the contest, which it looks like it’s forecast to be, then it’s going to be another epic contest the the annual pilgrimage. Good luck to the best surf shop winners!

There will be a lot of shredding like this going down. Just in time after all those onshore days… couldn’t have timed it any better.
We’ll be covering a lot of the OSSC, so keep your eyes peeled for the contest in a couple of days.
Sometimes the love is so real and sometimes others get a little jealous of all the love they see. In the end, we all have to try and remember to be as happy as we can be; despite how happy others look.
Practice always makes perfect, wherever you do your thing.
