Somewhere in Nicaragua
Good afternoon amigos! We have some windy, but fun medium sized surf out there today. Mira!!!
Surprisingly with these winds, the surf wasn’t all too shabby and the water is still relatively warm.
Colin winding up for something good…
Surfing backside is one thing, surfing into these strong winds is another.
John following suit. The two goofy footers killing it on their backhand out there today.
There weren’t a whole lot of people out there, which made it easier to get all the waves you wanted.
All in all, the rights were the best bet for the longest waves.

Colin with a pretty nice foam climb. He sure made it look pretty easy out there this afternoon.
John with some nice form and style on this rather not so friendly looking closeout section.
If you’re going to make it look good, this is exactly how you would want to do it!
Empty waves that look like this are synonymous with Nicaragua beaches all up and down the coast.

The wind is still strong creating a big water curtain behind each wave. This boogieboarder was having a great time today, mainly catching the rights.
