Lesther was one of the only locals I saw surfing that stayed out the longest. Despite the cold water, he seemed to be handling these mega strong offshore winds with somewhat a bit of ease.
Here’s a great example of the size we had, but there were even some much bigger ones. Local Nica chica charger, Jenny, turning and committing to this macker 100%!
Lesther warming up for much bigger things to come….
Here’s his backup plan for those off-days.
This unknown guy got some great waves today. Here’s one of his best turns on the inside section.
Nick Framsted nabbing a BOMB!!!
Nicks girlfriend and recently new HI resident shredder, Emily also showing her surfing prowess in the bigger surf, catching this nice right! (Taken atop of her new home)
Alberto dancing with the PD’s devil right here. Charging buddy!!! CHARGING!!!! Mental take off on that thing!!!
Of course on days like this, you can take the best waves all the way in, but don’t forget the paddle back out. It’s what keeps surfers humbled.

RECENT REPORTS
Hey everyone! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops, once again we’re talking French Fries. The waves were smaller today, but the shape was arguably slightly better than yesterday. The wind was also a touch lighter.
Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for next set of days. Monday’s surf report is coming your way from Panga Drops, specifically “French Fries”. The swell was close to non-existent, but Pangas did its magic and magnified the lackluster size into something playful and shreddable.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Hey there everybody. Welcome to the Friday Surf Report. We have some new swell in the water, but not too many surfers. Check it out!
