Welcome everyone to the Sunday surf report! We had amazing weather with spectacular surf all up and down the coast today. Come get some!!!
Playa Colorado finally came to life, as we know it. For those who are here the month of May are in for a really good treat!

There were so many deep mystery barrel surfers out there today, I was about to lose my mind.
And to think I only had a small little window to shoot for about an hour today at this particular spot.
You can never go wrong on a nice warm sunny Sunday Funday when you see Antonella on the beach waving hello! Hola chica!
Candi Resano has some pretty big shoes to fill.
Especially when her older sister Valentina is pushing the boundaries every step of the way.
Even more so when their papa is Manny Resano, who likes to pull into barrels about 5XX larger than this. Think, Waimea, Mavericks, I think next on the radar if not already JAWS>!!
Another fellow big wave hellman and all around good guy, my amigo Colin Eberly. The bigger the better, I think is something he sorta lives by.
And for all my regular footed brethren. This empty one’s for YOU!

This is just one of the “play around” maneuvers that he does for fun… when he’s not getting shacked out of his mind!
Uhhhhh – Ohhhhhh ! ! ! ! Well, I think it’s ok to say that the real surfing season has begun when a local, like Carlos Perez here, has broken his first board of the year. Many more to come, that’s for sure!
