This morning started off with a little sea-sickness out there on the wave faces due to a pretty good storm that brought some rain throughout the night. But as you can see here… by around 6:30 things were starting to clean up just nicely.

Thick and chunky would be a few good words to describe the energy of this incoming swell.

I’m not sure who decided to park their sailboat out front. Who knows maybe the storm forced them to drop anchor last night. But it sure looks pretty cool as a backdrop with Lesther’s big morning air.

My buddy Kike has been surfing his brains out with his other amigos he came down for this swell. You ready for tomorrows marathon session… AGAIN hermano!

Dawn patrol turns just feel better than any other time in the day for reason.

There was this solo chica out there having fun in the rising surf. Get some girl!!!

If you know this place or have surfed here before, you would be tripping a little with where the new sandbars have setup. Anything can change with a big storm or swell for that matter of course.

But in the meantime, I’m sure Kike’s stoked that this sandbar is right smack dab in front of his house.

This notorious B. I. G. spot needs some work on it’s inner sand bars. But I’m sure after all these nice waves we’re getting in May, things will be perking up in June, if not sooner!

Lenny putting all those Manzanillo barrels to work at PC.

Each season has such defined weather. After all those crazy dry season 50mph offshore wind days, it feels nice to be back to this. Except of course the humidity. The humidity is 1000% right now! But yea, who am I kidding, I love that too!

Perfect form on another prefect Nica wave. Carlos styling!

Carlos dancing with his other lady.

If you think this looks insanely good. Trust me when I say it looks WAY better in person!

Kev on his Formula ONE speed track.

Flaring for a couple photogs. I just happen to be about a a quarter mile away in the jungle.

Alright amigos….. keep your pantyhose on, tomorrow could be bigger (based on the surf forecast) I’m going looking for waves with some good friends all day tomorrow by boat, but Baldo will keep you in good hand with whereever it’s cracking! Be safe out there and have fun!
RECENT REPORTS

Hey everyone! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The swell head steady from yesterday, but unfortunately the wind got on it by 10:30am. There was an afternoon rain shower and I came back around sunset after the rain to find that it had cleaned..
FROM THE ARCHIVES

Hey everyone, this is Baldo with not-the-standard surf report from Nicaragua… today it was big but sadly, onshore all day, pretty bummed after looking at Parker’s Tube Fest from yesterday.
