Happy Tuesday guys and gals. Decided to mix it up a little bit and headed on down to check out the reef this afternoon. Turns out I wasn’t the only one who thought it might be a good idea. Come see how it looked around 4:20!
It’s no secret that this place will be “THEEEE SPOT” in another month or two. That’s because this place, being the wave rich magnet that it is, will also pull in every surfer from Astillero to Gigante once everywhere else goes a little dormant for a few months.
This lone surfer, walking, taking his own sweet time to get down to the waters edge. What you can’t see in this image is the consistency, which keeps this dudes calmness at ease, knowing he’ll get plenty of waves once he reaches the lineup.

Everyone’s been taking about how chili the water has gotten over the last few days with these brisk November Offshores. Believe me when I say that it’s gonna get a bit more chili over the next couple months. Highly recommend bringing at the very least a good rashie top for some cover from the breeze. One it hits end of Dec and into Jan Feb, a solid spring suit will be a good idea to have in your board bag for sure!
Until then, it’s still tropical enough to live life in board shorts!

I guess the same could be said for any other sport, if you were to walk up and see some other person doing exactly what you’re thinking about doing once you hit that lineup, playing field, or court. Only this is maybe the most exciting sport in doing that.
The other factor that will get your heart going is seeing this. This spot’s notorious for it… aaaand more times that not, your heart will get a good jump start no matter your skill level. When this place is maxed out, you can ALWAYS count on a sneaker set! ALWAYS!!!!
Today happens to be in the super fun size zone, so there wasn’t any need to freak out.
Just a bunch of people having a super good time here in Nicaragua, in November.

Hi brothers and sisters here we are in the second day of this swell. The waves are smaller than yesterday, but there are more waves, was super consistent. Here is the second wave of four in the set. Per second day the low tide was the best day to surf. Check it out.
