Somewhere in Nicaragua
Happy Sunday Funday from sunny Nicaragua! I wanted to mix it up a little and since I haven’t been out swimming for some time, I thought I’d shoot the report from out in the lineup. Here’’s what I captured….
Even just taking the first few steps into the water, there’s always something going down out in the lineup.
Today wasn’t as big or as consistent as the last couple of days. But as you can see there were still some little nuggets coming through.
Tati is my new next door neighbor, so she’s a little more privy as to when and what I’m up to when it comes to shooting. Here’s us linking up…. and no it’s not on the green (AKA golf course)… this is the real green around here!

Crispy morning sessions, blazing midday session or golden hour burn off sessions. We definitely have all three and everything in between. You’ll just have to come down here to find out for yourself!

You wanna be a surfer, you say??? Well, be like Koji and Yuji. They’ve learned early on it’s all about the lifestyle and not so much about the wanna-be-thing!
And don’t beat yourself up if you’re not getting it quick enough. The ocean is one of the last great humbling things or experiences people can have on this planet that’s not obtainable with money, who you know, or what skin color you have.
Surfing is and will always be a feeling….. 🙂
The world that surfing provides is the canvas… you get to decide how you want to paint your pictures!
If you know how this feels, dropping into a wave, not a single shoulder hopper in sight, and it’s just you, you’re nerves of steel and what mother ocean is offering you on this one unique perfect wave and what you plan to do with it….. then you know you’re a surfer!!!
