If Threes in Waikiki was a left and there were only… well…. only three people out. Haha!
If I photoshopped Diamond Head and a city scape in the background, you could very well be tricked into believing this is actually town on Oahu.
Even though small wave sliding is fun, in fact it’s even better when it’s this size to have actual party wave sessions (where no-one get’s bent out of shape that you actually rode the same wave and everyone can laugh about it). However, when I looked back up the road to the reef, seeing this had me on my moto and jamming up that way without even looking back!
Here’s what it looked like from one of my favorite look out spots which sits right in front this epic NSR beach house rental (check out this link if you ever wanna stay at this prime location -Mi Casa)
My buddy and personal home cuidador to this home, Marcos, surfs this wave a lot.
I mean, can you imagine having a job where you take care of a home that sits on a super fun surf break and you can go out and surf it anytime it’s turning on and or looking super fun!
That’s why he knows this wave so well! Marcos on his “Lunch-Break”.
Couldn’t help peeking back at the beachie. Looks fun, but it’s always fun to mix things up!
And in true Nica fashion…. word travels pretty quickly. At least if you’re a surfer and you’re feening for better waves.
This looks a bit more like Kaisers, or one of the more better south swell handling reefs on the south shore of Waikiki.
Ala Moana bowls? Maaaaaybe?
Dario finally getting some nice rolling waves to dial in the “Franken-Foil” a little more.
We’re pretty lucky actually that we have a wave that acts like a swell magnet for these super small and lackluster days. Armando couldn’t agree more!
Plenty of fun waves for everyone… like Cherise here!
Her boyfriend Mat was out the back having just as much fun as his GF’s very first time surfing the reef in her life!
Sick one Mat!!! I’m hoping it looks this fun in the afternoon, if so, I’m out there too!!!!
Local ripper and incredible surfing talent, Mr. Jason. Always good to see him back out in the lineups!!!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey everyone! Welcome to Saturday morning’s surf report from Panga Drops. The waves were very small today, but the morning window was favorable with the tide. Good for cruisin’!
