Somewhere in Nicaragua
Welcome back to the Tuesday surf report. Well, as predicted the winds unfortunately turned back around and went onshore again. I guess we should be lucky though for what we got there for a good solid week or so, especially for being October.
There is certainly surf out there too, which makes it too bad.
If it were clean, it would be super fun out there, but today just wasn’t catching anyones attention for a paddle out.
So that’s when it’s time to take a stroll down memory lane in the NSR yearly archives. Like this here. Look how sunny and nice it was last year.
Although this was 2019, It actually looked like this yesterday. But as always, October is predominately one of our rainiest and worst weather months.

Looks like 2016 had some weather on the horizon as well, but check out how clean and glassy it was that day.
It’s the wave that just keeps on giving, pretty much almost year round (except from maybe Dec-Feb when everyone will make their way up to Panga Drops and surf there every day during the slow season for waves at PC).
BOOM! Wow and actually some really decent swell in 2016 too! October can be a really fun month for waves!

Hello everyone, we are here once again bringing you all the October surf action from Southern Nicaragua. The big news is there is new swell in the water, and it is proper groundswell. Attention all you regular foot barrel hunters we’ve got some froth-worthy action today.
Happy Saturday friends! We had some pretty nice waves and conditions coming in today. The weather has turned around for the better and we have some good swell hitting our shores.
Hello everyone, this is Baldo with today’s surf report from Santana beach. The water is finally showing some change of color, it now has this greenish shade and with these kind of A-frames it is looking pretty attractive.
