Waves are in that small but still plentiful play zone. We’ll be waiting for our next decent swell to hit our shores soon, but if you’re a regular in these parts of the emerald coast, you know i’s almost that time of year to migrate up to the Paga Playground zone for the next few months, especially when those devil dry Papagayo winds kick in too!
Surfing is really all just a big matter of completely erasing your daily stress, problems and anything else that bogs down your mind and inner happy soul and washes it away for anything from 30 min, to 3 hours, depending on how long you need to go get your mind off of all those land induced unneeded problems. I Highly doubt this guy is even thinking about anything to do with money, some sort of payment that’s gota be paid, or heck even if his laundry has finished up in the washing machine. He’s got his eyes on the beach and already thinking about paddling right back out after this wav, stoked to do it all over again!
I can’t even believe how quickly November has flown right on by already, let alone December is right around the corner and before we know it, we’ll all be turning in the new year of 2021 in no time. Life moves pretty fast…. it’s really all how you treat and utilize that time that makes the world of difference of how fast you like your blink of an eye to be on this special planet.
Crouching tiger, hidden Settthher! jaja
If my foot was actually working properly today and I didn’t clumsily drop my moto on my foot, this small but super fun looking wave Mr. Rob is on looks incredible fun and makes me want to be right there, exactly where’s he at right now!
The river washes have been brining down A LOT of debris from way up in the tightest mountain tops and even through all of the fincas and villages and anything that sits at any level higher than the ocean tide line since we’ve had all these torrential rains. If you look close…. I mean really close….. you can see we finally have some Crocogators that have finally made their way back to the beach. Haven’t seen then here for years!!! OK, I can’t play around and scare the living bejesus out of your guys, although it’s sometimes quite fun. CROCKS aren’t normally found in these parts along Nicaragua. There’re more abundant down south in Costa Rica and maybe even more up north in El Salvador, but they just don’t seem to like it here all that much.
I’de give it a month before we start seeing some proper wetsuit and neoprene appearel out there in the line up. If you’re coming anytime After Jan 1st. Definitely keep a tab with our daily reports as we will always fill you in with the water temps and whether you will need the proper gear to combat those chili winds and cooler water temps we’ll start seeing pretty soon!!!
In the meantime, it’s not a bad idea to build yourself a nice little drift wood beach bonfire and light that thing up at sunset and get all toasty with your sweetie, and if you happened to play a guitar, super dooper added bonus on the full lit moon make out sesh!!!!! Buenas noches amores ~
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Hello everyone, welcome to the smallest day of November. It’s 1-2 feet and this is how Panga Drops looks like. Not bad, right?
