Happy and beautiful Tuesday mis amigos! Today we had some pretty epic “Golden Hour” moments and here are some of those golden lighted highlights for your viewing pleasure from today!
The tide was getting pretty fat, so the paddle ins definitely had you scratching a little harder to get into those outside rollers, but if you could get to your feet, the rest was all up to you and from the look of this guys line ahead him, I think he’s going to have a pretty fun waves claim for today!
Who knows maybe he got in a few turns like this one here on that long nice walling up right, like this guy here has on this superfine looking left.
Never forget that this place has it’s fair share of female rippers too! Not only are they nice to look at (and talk with in the water) too, but you gotta give them props especially the gals that go out there on the days when even some guys are on the fence…. (meaning when it’s big…. like BIGGER!!!)

Alberto will be stoked to finally be back on the surf reports, as he is quite possibly the most dedicated Panga Drops surfer that lives here. It’s your season buddy! I know you love the really BIG stuff, and I’m always down at Colorados (total inside joke between us – not to mention we’re next door neighbors as well), but your fave will be on her a lot more buddy now that we’re all kinda switching over to PD’s while Colorados takes a little 3 month or so siesta.
Like I was saying… some really really beautiful golden hour moments out there today!
DUDE!!! This guy, by far “SLAYED” the freaking fish of the day. Buen encuentro hermano!!!
and I think this guy “SLAYED” the best top turn of the day (at least while I was down there shooting!) It was even worth of a little 3 piece sequence…. check it! Numero Uno!

As I creep back into the dark mystic jungle…. it’s time to get on it and do the other half of my work which is the complete opposite. Sitting at a desk on my computer, nerding out, trying to come of with silly goofy comments to my favorite highlights from todays surf report. Saludos amigos ~

Hey everyone! Welcome to Saturday’s surf report from Playa Colorado. There was a window early today and right at sunset. At mid-day when I took pictures the wind kicked up making for better turn sections than tubes. Still a few if you knew where to look.

Good afternoon everybody! Welcome to the Sunday surf report. The Holiday crowds have really dissipated and after the last couple days of our first fun swell for 2020, it was a good day to get some waves minus about 50 or 60 people.
Buen día amigos! Another fine day at the playa today. Waves were a tad smaller, but there were still some fun waves, the sun was out and the winds were offshore. Always something to be grateful here in the land of waves-O-plenty!
Happy TGIF everyone!! Today we had some beautiful weather with some smaller size surf still… BUT looks like we have a little more bump in swell coming around middle of the month. Yippee!! Let’s see what we had for today.
