PANGA DROPS
Hello everyone, this is Baldo with this week’s Thursday surf report. Semana Santa is around the corner and we all are getting ready for the biggest holiday we have in Nicaragua.
All the properties NSR manage in Iguana and Rancho Santana will be full starting this weekend so, we all are finishing all the little details to make sure all of our guests will have a great time during their stay with us.
And because of that I only had time to come out to take photos late in the afternoon which, sadly, wasn’t the best time for surfing.
There was nobody at Colorado and one 2 guys at Panga Drops. The was a strong sideshore creating messy conditions.
I waited for these two guys to catch some waves but this was the closest one of them got to catch a wave… actually, the wave caught him!
With these conditions not even Panga Drops was working. It was choppy, crumbly and closing out.
The two guys out there were having serious trouble reading the waves… every time they tried to catch one they both went over the falls.
These tourists were having a lot more fun going on a nice walk on the beach that the two guys “surfing” at Pangas.
Looks like the wind will get stronger the next few days starting tomorrow so, don’t expect too much surfing. Cheers everyone!

Hello Monday, The swell continues into today with some cleaner conditions. There were some long waits, but for the few patient people in the water there was some glory to be had. @tonyzphotos reporting.

Hey everyone, welcome to Monday’s surf report from my home break Santana beach.
Hola amigos! Today we officially start the Semana Santa Holiday. The waves were pretty small today, but we’re expecting a new swell starting tomorrow and an even bigger swell later this week, so without further ado let’s jump in and check out todays goodies.
