Somewhere in Nicaragua
Welcome to the Tuesday surf report amigos! Another beautiful day in paradise, however, the nice juicy swell had diminished a little bit and it was super windy (pretty normal) but as quoted from a friend who was out there surfing, he said… “it was pretty difficult out there”!
Yeah, with those kinds of winds, it’s really difficult to get into any waves. Let alone try and be in the right spot on those super shifty days, pretty much like how it was today.
But Derek always makes it look easy!
Maybe too easy! Hahaha
I had a couple, (literally just two other amigos out there) battling out the rough conditions too.
Derek rounding first and going for second with what looks like an easy pass around the classic second peak section
Yeah buddy…. spanking the third basemen on that a$$ and heading for HOME! LOL
There was a lot of this out there. Looks waaaaaaaay more easy and super fun surf able than it really was, I promise!
And a lot fo this too… which actually puts things into a lot of really good perspective on why it was so – not so easy out there! Derek scratching over a really funky double up.
Hey……!!!! You guys wanna see Derek pull a rabbit out of the ol’ hat trick, but in a surfers magic kind of way????

Hey everyone! Welcome to Friday’s surf report from Colorados. It was another small, but fun day of waves. Looks like the last mellow day for a good eight to nine days. Finley managed to find a couple of tubitos.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Playa Colorado. The surf was still fairly small today. There were moments where it pulsed and moments where it lulled out. Still clean and good for turns.
Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. The small “gap” days are here! Funnily enough there were still some mini-drainers at Colorados this Wednesday morning.

Hola and Happy Monday surf amigos! There were definitely some front runners of that new swell we’re supposed to be getting here, however the winds were full on and only about 4 or 5 surfers out around midday. Check it!
Happy Saturday people. Today the waves started out pretty small and inconsistent. I can happily say that there was a bit of a nice new pulse that came in late today and it made for some great surfing for the last few hours of the day. Come see..!!
Hey there, welcome to the TGIF surf report! We’ve still got some pretty good swell running in the chest to occasional head to overhead size. Winds were still blowing a bit side shore, but it was still fun. Check it out!
