Somewhere in Nicaragua
Howdy damas y caballeros, welcome to your Monday surf report! That little hiccup in swell (I was hoping for that I mentioned yesterday) actually came in as predicted. It was literally only like a foot MAYBE 2 feet bigger than yesterday, but the sun was out, the conditions continue to be pristine (for October standards) and there was just enough swell for some actual barrels out there as well!
See, some shade for all the fun in the sun this morning.
I’m not too sure as I haven’t even looked at the weather reports for some time, since it’s been raining off and on pretty much since June. But man, I tell youth mornings have been the optimal times to shoot as it’s 90% sunny (before the rains come – if they do) but I feel like maybe we could possibly just bypass Octobers gnarly rainy weather and head like we’re already into November with how clean it’s been!
The only chance of rain that I saw out there today was from all the man fans, blow tails and big cutbacks, like this hombres here!
Maybe everyone wants the rain???? jajaja
It was like wave pool perfect sized & shaped barrels out there today!
Not a single person was straight out in front of Pili’s This was were all the action was at….. way down at the far bar, or as my good buddy “Rico” calls is B Peak.
Kai throwing a hail marry to this well sized closeout, which would have some serious consequence if you goof up this one, but he does these in his sleep!
Pretty good little bumper thumper right there this gremmy was out there slaying anything that the ocean hiccuped towards this little stretch of beach.

Hola and Happy Sunday amigos! It was a light day of waves, people and not your typical lot’s of stuff going on… so basically it was a pretty mellow Sunday. Welcome to October!
What’s up everybody welcome back for a daily dose of Nica surf action! Today we had some fun waves but they weren’t the picture perfect waves you may be used to from us. Nonetheless I have no doubt that those who paddled out today had a good time.
