Somewhere in Nicaragua
Buenas tardes damas y caballeros! Starting out the week with some nice sunny weather and some super fun waves breaking about as far north as PC’s goes, until you get into no-mans land in-between Colorados and Panga Drops. Still though, doesn’t really matter where it’s breaking, but how it’s breaking and today seems like everyone out find the right spot!

There were just a few waaaay down by the river mouth. Looked pretty fun down that a way too!

If you’re a 70’s or 80’s kid, then you’ll know exactly why, “Mikey Likes It!” Jajaja yeah buddy, sick spray!
The reef getting no love (today at least) but man, someone should go jump on those reeling empty rights though!
A girl was out. That’s it.
Some pretty hefty power surfing in (like I said earlier) some pretty fun waves out there today!
The results of an open ocean water surf break, meaning, no island or major headland swell blockage (with the very fickle and has to be precisely on the money swell angle consideration of the Galápagos Islands, other than that), we can have a waist high day with occasional well overhead sets roll through. And our standard 3-4 is always head high + OR usually much bigger and each foot you add to the forecast just add 3-4 more feet in wave height to that o the forecast when the sets make they’re final destination right here and beak right here.
Here’s Magic Seaweeds. . . . ahem (I mean) Surfline’s forecast for the day, calling it 3-5. Not bad Surfline. Maybe it was a good thing to pony up with (IMHO) the better of the two forecast models.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Saturday’s surf report from Playa Colorado. There was a window early today and right at sunset. At mid-day when I took pictures the wind kicked up making for better turn sections than tubes. Still a few if you knew where to look.
