About Rancho Santana
Rancho Santana is a world class resort located on 2,700 acres of Nicaragua’s pristine Emerald Coast in Tola, Rivas.

Playa Rosada - Named for its pink sand, this beach is famous for its unique left point break, only accessible to surfers staying within Rancho Santana. At low tide, enjoy a walk along the rocks from Playa Rosada back to the Clubhouse at Playa Santana.
Playa Escondida - A more secluded beach where you can seek some peace and quiet to get lost in a good book. You can also occasionally see hatching sea turtles here. It is also home to one of our yoga platforms and guided SUP adventures.
Playa Duna - This beach is for the adventurers as it is a bit of a hike. But it is well worth it for the stunning rock formations and a chance to join in on some sandboarding action!
Playa Los Perros - This is the most swimmable and kid-friendly beach with its white sands and approachable swells. Perfect for beginner surfers.
Pool Bar and Cabanas - Right next to the Sand Dollar pool overlooking Santana beach, it's a great place to chill and treat yourself to a more casual menu and dining experience.
El Cafe - Located at the main clubhouse, El Cafe offers freshly brewed coffee, breakfast burritos, nutrient-dense smoothie bowls, pastries and fresh-squeezed juice. Stop in on the way to your morning beach walk!
La Boquita - Share a sunset moment and a wood-fired pizza at this casual eatery located just above Playa Rosada. Paellas, sushi, and charcuterie can all be found on the internationally inspired menu here. Relax in the pool overlooking the beach with some happy hour cocktails.
La Taqueria - A rustic open air restaurant situated in front of Los Perros Beach serving up delicious tacos, table side guacamole, tasty margaritas and more!

Book a communal class, a one-on-one lesson, or a private yoga session with friends and family at the Treetop Yoga Palapa. All the mats, straps, and blocks will be provided for you to slow down, stretch out, and tap into your breathing. All classes welcome all levels of yogis.
Take a ride along the trails to a hidden beach and turtle reserve. Explore jungle paths and amble through nearby villages to soak up local culture, or choose a beachside horseback ride at sunset. For experienced equestrians, you can try advanced Stallion Dancing, which is unique to Nicaragua’s horses who dance in local parades called Hipicas. There is a ride for every skill and comfort level.
The tennis and pickleball court is located next to The Inn and can be used for either sport. Racquets and paddles are available at the front desk.
Grab a trail map and start exploring the tropical terrain, or request a guide who will point out local flora and fauna as you go. Rancho Santana has miles of trails throughout the 2,700 acres of land. You’ll catch breathtaking views of tropical dry forest, rugged coastline, and open sea.
The Kids Club Studio is a fully equipped play paradise that’s stocked with art supplies, books, games, movies, and more! Programming includes fun on the farm, kid-centric excursions, and a variety of recreational camps. Available for kids aged between 5 and 12 years old.
