Somewhere in Nicaragua

Everything about today was perfect for this surf spot. The size, the tide (when I was there) and as you can see the weather was absolutely beautiful!

This unknown ripper chic, I think may have been the only gal out there… but you can see she was holding her own to all the boys out there today.

Peaky A-frame goodness all up and down this little slice of coast. I photographed and watched this go on for hours!

Lefts, rights…. it didn’t matter your preference, it was firing on all cylinders out there today.

If you like to get real deep here, sometimes you have to backdoor the A-frame section you are paddling into, like this guy!

Nice pulled back view of todays absolutely gorgeous surf, water color and all around complete vibe which was totally opposite from yesterdays action.

Tucking in and frothing out the groms while paddling out from probably catching very similar looking waves just moments before this guy nabbed this little gem!

Same dude, same wave. Just putting a little exclamation po!nt on the last past of his wave!!!

The talent show, which was pretty freaking awesome I must say, was on point and people were popping off all over the place!

This is another very fine example of why Nicaragua is SO DANG AWESOME! This break is only about 20-30 min away and you all get to see our main breaks here where we do our thing most days on almost all of the daily reports; but there’s a ton more spots like this, or actually different, but to be frank….. there’s pretty much every kind of wave for every kind of type of surfer here in Nica-Land.

One that got away… that’s ok! There were a few out there, even with todays packed house. Still pretty epic to look at though.

If you do come here, we even have rental properties that over look this break. So hit us up and we’ll do all the leg work for you, to make sure you’re staying at one of the premier spots along the emerald coast here.

Carlos and little Carlitos were even over in these neck of the woods today too, enjoying their Sunday Funday outside the Haciedna Gates. It’s good to break away from the norm from time to time. Proud pops giving little hijo some proper learning by mixing it up in different kinds of waves. Good job guys!

All in all, I have to give today a high 9 on the Sunday Funday factor! What do you guys think?
