Windy, offshore and as you can see here plenty of swell to have loads of fun out there to play in today.

Here’s where I came from right before I ended up at the reef. Mike Doan making the best out of them 1-3 footers! Yeah Mikey…. I can spot you even a mile away!!!

Good time of the year to bring out the logs and bigger boards with more volume to have fun mixing up the quiver!

That goes both ways too…. if you’re a LB’er by nature most of the year, try out a fish or shorter board and if a shorter board is your persuasion for the norm, try jumping on a big long board and walking up and down that plank until you’ve walked the distance like you used to do around the track at the football field in P.E. class. Haha

This unknown dude out there taking note and surfing what looks like a good sized fish or fun board.

It doesn’t matter what you surf really, just as long as you’re having fun. I have many surfing friends and I find that the ones who are the least salty and actually (which I find really hard to even imagine how one could be grumpy surfing) but the friends I know who have the most fun all ride a pretty big well rounded count of all different kinds of surfboards.

Like this guy…. I saw him and his buddy get a few waves, but just missed them both as I arrived just as they were getting out. But they sure looked like they were having a blast out there!

Scott here, one of the happier go lucky guys, surfing, smiling, having a fun time!

Mr. Rob looks like an ant in comparison to that big ol’ cliff in the background known as Los Perros. So to put that into perspective, there are guys you watch probably on IG or YouTube who surf waves close to about the size of that mountain there in the background. GNARLY to think about EHHHHH!!!!?!!?!?!!! Wonder if we’ll ever see the 100 foot swell here…… maybe this season??? We can only hope, as that would be a once in a lifetime thing to see here, I think. Alright my friends that’s it for today. As always thanks for stopping by.Saludos ~ BRemember, even if you didn’t make the highlights you can always look at the link here for all theDaily Surf Shotsfrom each day, there might be a good chance you’re in there!AND don’t forget to follow us and always check out our current happenings on our daily Instagram stories hereNSRor my photography hereNica Surf Shots
