Somewhere in Nicaragua
We don’t want to call it “dead flat”, but it’s close. We are definitely more productive when it’s flat. We are in the process of adding some content to NSR so be sure to check out the new “Videos” and “Information” sections. At least the wind is offshore and the water is clear. Looks like a great day to go diving!
Here is another cruise ship that pulled into San Juan Del Sur last night. Does this thing use sails or motors? Strange.
For those of you who know San Juan Del Sur, check out this photo of the construction of the Marina. That’s right, they are completely reworking the Marina this year. Supposedly, they are excavating the whole side of this mountain to make a breakwater that sticks out in the middle of the bay. This will better protect the boats from stormy weather (if only we’d had this last year…)

Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.
Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.
