Somewhere in Nicaragua
It looks like our string of fun sized surf is finally coming to an end. It’s much smaller out here at Maderas today, maybe waist high or so. Not a bad time of year to learn to surf in Nicaragua.
Here is a shot of the biggest wave we saw come in today. Unfortunately, it passed through unridden.
The good news is blue bikini bottoms!
And this poor girl was unlucky enough to learn about the Nicaraguan beach quiksand the hard way. Quick! Take off your bikini bottoms and try to float!

Hey everyone! Welcome to Wednesday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were better by all measurable metrics today. It was still walled up and slow, but there were definitely some 10 pointers to be had.
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.
